I had originally found Attune Holistic Fitness off nymag where they have nothing but great reviews. I started going to them a few months ago and have nothing but great things to say. I have tried the gym's and other personal trainers but nobody works with you as well as Attune does. They definately know what they are doing and have helped me change many things about my body I have always disliked. I have never been more motivated to get a workout and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a fitness program. Thanks again Attune.
