I moved to Philadelphia recently, I spend a ton of money on my clothing. I went to at least 5 city Dry Cleaners. Either there service was terrible, or their quality or the people had no idea what they were doing. I looked on city search and found some good reviews about Fairmount so I decide to give them a shot. As soon as I walked in they made me feel at home, the counter help was great, the Quality of the cleaning and pressing is fabulous, and the knowledge they have about clothing and alteration and household is AMAZING!!!!!! You can tell they care about what they do. The Honesty also is AMAZING!!! If they feel that your waisting your money or your better off washing something they tell you, they care about us the customers. If you are NOT using them as your Dry Cleaner you are waisting your MONEY!! I will never ever use anyone else. I live in Society Hill and drive 10 minutes to get there. Andre, the manager is THE MAN!! he always makes things work. I needed a suit last minute for a function, walked in 2pm on Saturday there busiest day, he said come back in an hour, my suit was ready and looked fabulous that night.
