My first impression was less than pleasing, since the web site "runrunnerusa.com" was my first contact. It seemed that everything that I was interested in was out of stock or no longer available. Finally I called and talked with Meg O'Leary and she directed me to "rugdepot.com". After a discussion of what my needs were, she directed me to the site where 'end of roll' items were offered. After reviewing the items available, I ordered both a runner and trhe pad to go with it. Meg must have been reviewing the orders received 'on-line' becase she called me to be sure that I was purchasing the correct items, specificly, the padding and the correct length of runner. She did remember that my requirements were for curved stairs where each step is cut narrow on the left and wide on the right. Meg has also kept me posted on the status of my order, including the UPS tracking numbers. My order was received complete on 01.11.2010, as promised. After it is installed, I told her that I would forward a photo of the completed stairs.
