cancelled my appt due to long wait times, two weeks in a row.
the first week we were told we'd have to wait 1 hour, when we showed up on time for our scheduled appt time.
The next week I called ahead to see if they were running on time, and they refused to tell me over the phone. It was obvious they were not running on time. I decided to find my old vet.
I understand this is also an animal hospital, but if people call ahead they should have the common courtesy to let them know whether they are running on time. Why make an appointment if they won't even honor it?
