We have been very satisfied with Masters Touch Carpet Care. We have had them do a number of things for us, from cleaning out carpets a couple of times to cleaning our tile grout. They do a great job.
They are upfront about the cost and they also tell you what you do and do not need. They do not try to sell you other products, so there is no pressure. If you have a question, they will answer it and make suggestions, that's it. Masters Touch is an easy company to work with.
