I got my snowblower fixed by them, they were a lot nicer on the phone than Eversharp(North Royalton). Also they were cheaper for pickup too. My snowblower is running really good since they fixed it. My only complaint is that they never called me before fixing it to tell me how much it's going to be. Luckily money wasn't tight because it was a little pricey, but I'm sure it was cheaper than eversharp would have been. Overall I would reccomend them to anyone for service, they pickup your mower or snowblower especially if your's is a big one like mine. I'd rather support a local business like them versus a national chain.
