I have used Mr B's in the past with no problems. This time was different. Couldn't get anyone to return phone calls during the planning of my event. Could't get fabric samples or pictures of what things would look like, acted put out when asked for most things. Went 3 hours over set up time and was there during the start of my event-had to ask them to leave. Rude staff, yelled at my photographer. Very unhappy. Gone are the creative arrangements and wonderful customer service. What a shame as past experiences were great.
