We had service installed on 4-17-09 at 11am. At 3:30pm the system went off. We worked with Tech Support for several hours but problem could not be resolved.Tech support could not diagnose so we decided to have service discontinued. ADT continued to take payments out of our checking account until Oct. We have made numerous phone calls about a refund and have yet to receive however, ADT is sorry for any inconvenience and it will be resolved in 14 days.
These people should not be in business..
