This salon is the first place that I've ever experienced such geniune concern. From the receptionist accomadating my work schedule and being very understanding, to my experience in the chair. Katie was attentive to my requests about my hair color. I love the fact that the stylist here all specialize in their area of expertise. She knew exactly what color to recommend for my skin tone and the time of season(very trendy)!! Then Ellen, who cut my hair, gave me a haircut that compliments my face so well. I never thought this cut would work for me, but the compliments I've been getting tell me otherwise :)! I have already booked my next 3appointments to fit my schedule. I love Robert M's. Change is definately GREAT!
