I was in Boston for the day and called last minute to see if I could get a facial. The staff was very helpful and was able to schedule one later in the day. My aesthitician, Olive, was very experienced and gave a wonderful facial including a hand massage plus lotion and the warm hand mitts. That was a real gift on a freezing cold day!! Olive effectively tackled my ""T-zone"" area. If you are sensitive, ask for gentle treatment. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will definitely return!
