My husband crashed my car into a divider... low impact but the front tires were popped and the battery was cracked. Long story short D and H said they could do no diagnostics till they replaced the tires and the rims... it's a 1990 Volvo... so they ""had"" to be shipped from Oregon... which I did believe at the time. Then D and H some how magically did diagnostics on the car and said we needed $3,000 worth of work. We decided to trash the car and cut out losses, but D and H would not ""let us"" because of a verbal authorization to fix the tires. Now, just as ""magically"" we can just fix the tires and the battery (plus clean-up) for $700... I don't know how D and H is on the AAA list. They will do everything possible to take advantage of the consumer.
Cons: They have had my car for a week ... no work done
