I called Jerry late on Friday night (after 9pm) and he was at my house at 9am on Saturday morning. He diagnosed the igniter problem quickly (I suspected the problem as this was the 3rd recurrence in 3 years) and he replaced it with a better igniter which I trust will last longer than the previous two. His charges were very reasonable, and he also took the time to test for CO2... much appreciated!
