Owner does not honor advertisements (lists a prices and when you get there tells you that you need to lock the price in by purchasing a package of at least 5 treatments). When I asked her about why she thought she could advertise one price and insist on another, She said "thats just an ad, I don't have to put all the information in it". She did not mention the "package" when I called to make the appointment and discussed the specifics of the price with her either. She did honor the price for the first time and then attempted to pressure me every single time into purchasing a package. Finally telling me that she was increasing the individual treatment by 50%. if I didn't "lock" down the price. Another really poor experience was that she actually gossiped about another customer while I was sitting in the waiting room. While she did lower her voice, I could hear, and didn't doubt that I would be talked about later. On another occasion she just "lost" one of my appointments. I am fairly certain it is because she just wanted me to move it to another time for her convienence. The owner is rude unless you buy the package and continue buying other services. As per the other poster, 6 treatments didn't work for me either, but I expect that different people have different results and do not blame them for that. I would not go back and would not recommend this place because of the poor customer service. I honestly have never been treated so poorly by a business. I have also never bothered to post a review before, but this experience was that bad. Pros: Employees were very nice Cons: Owner uses heavy pressure and bait and switch tactics more
