David Swicegood from Wayside Furniture was the epitomy of customer service, attention, and detail. From my days in design, I feel that the only way to sell furniture and textiles is to have an expert willing to research your possible purchases. He not only perused what I wanted, but he gave me numerous options as well. If you want someone to actually USE technology (like that wonderful invention called email and hyperlinks) to keep you abreast of their findings and show you that customer service does still exist, meet my new friend David at Wayside.
