The owner was quick to call me immediately when I went online to inquire about services and I thought that was great (my first mistake). When asked what good date would be for me to setup apptmt I responded this Friday and he told me "I like to do carpetcleaning for first time customers personally/myself so I can this Friday open 4-5pm). I confirmed that would be good, I would work from home. I received call from Bill about 25 min before he was scheduled to be here explaining he was stuck on side of road waiting for Triple A to show up but he would be here anywhere from 12/2 hr to 1 1/2 hrs - I said that was fine, I was looking forward to him getting here, please call when on the way. He said for incovenience he would give me another 10% off , and I said thanks - 3 HOURS LATER still NO CALL, I left message saying I guess he was not showing up tonight but was hoping he would call to schedule apptmt tomorrow morning...well here it is after noon next day - NO RETURN PHONE CALL, NO APOLOGY, NOTHING - If you are looking for dependable company DO NOT USE THIS ONE. They didn't even have deciency to call and say they were a no show.. Oh well, guess the other 5 homes here in neighborhood waiting to see/hear how well my carpet came out from them will hear from me NOT TO USE GO GREEN - very discourteous service...
Pros: hmmmm.
