I have visited this Office Depot location on 6 occasions and have NEVER received decent service. My last (and FINAL) visit I waited (as usual) in line at the printing service counter, was ignored at least twice by a clerk walking right past me into (storage?) rooms at the back, and finally asked another passing clerk if they did document scans. He assured me they did, and that "someone would be with me shortly." (That clerk made no attempt to summon the elusive "someone" to help.)\r

When the clerk who had passed me by twice previously finally sauntered over, he informed me that the only person who knew how to scan a document (not exactly a rocket science procedure) was ill that day and no one else could do it! He was going to leave it at that, no apology, no nothing . . . UNTIL I pointedly looked at his nametag and said, "Well, (Name), I am new to San Diego - where would you recommend I go to have this document scanned?" ONLY THEN did he direct me to a small copy/shipping store
