I have repeatedly experienced a significantly negative attitude from their expert in the roof rack department. He never followed through to inform me that my Thule order was back ordered by their supplier and to let me know the new delivery date.\r

I have just called back, 5 weeks after placing the original order - and despite having confirmed twice over the past few weeks that it was still back ordered - I have just found out that he went ahead and cancelled the order (without my permission).\r

Not exactly a stellar customer service experience!
