I have been training with Custom Fitness Concepts for 1 year and would definitely recommend them. For me, it is a great way to meet and exercise with a bunch of people trying to achieve the same goals.
The program also works well for me because if I do not have someone telling me to exercise, I do not do it.
Our instructor is awesome. He makes you work hard and, at the same time, you have fun. He makes me want to get up in the morning and go to class.
