I contracted this individual to paint a house, left his garbage, cigarette butts, water bottles, and plastic on the property. Left paint on the carpet, wood work, tile floors, appliances, garage floor, driveway. Did not hold up the terms of the contract. Treated his ""off-the-street"" hires like they were worthless, thought they didn't seem to mind they couldn't speak English. When trying to wrap up he was to return for touch ups, never showed. Mixed primer and paint and ran throughout the house. Unprofessional, unprepared to do the job contracted, had to purchase the paint outside the contract price, treats employees poorly, and does not follow through on his requirements.
