CCP installed a new liner in my pool in Oct. 2008. They also closed the pool for the winter. When we uncovered our pool in May, we discovered the new liner had come loose. We called CCP and they sent someone in a few days. When I came home from work the guys were still there & they had actually talked with my husband. Nothing was said about any problems.I could see that something was wrong with the liner because the tiles around the top edge of the pool didn?t line up. I found there was a patch applied to my brand new liner and they didn?t bother to match the pattern of the tiles. I went to CCP to buy supplies and discuss the patch on the liner. The owner did not listen to my story completely before he was on the cell phone talking to the installers. In the course of the conversation, (he called them 3 times) & argued with me about why they applied a patch and didn?t seem to think it was any problem of his.
