I had to get a rental car when my car was in the shop getting body work done. The other car's insurance co. was covering the rental expense, so I didn't have a choice of which company, however I have used Enterprise before so I was happy with that selection. Happy until I got to the location that is... The rental car was noticeably filthy inside & out and had 50+ nicks & scratches. Looked like it has never been dusted or vacuumed. The worst part is that the car interior smells like that odor in hospitals that makes you want to gag. I just pray it will only be 3-4 days like the body shop estimated because I don't know if I can drive this car longer than that. What a disappointment... Come on Enterprise!
