Wide selection, convenient location and good prices sucked us in. But installation of flooring was extremely poor. Owner's won't talk about making things right until they have your money, then they don't respond at all once they do. When we asked the installers about doing the things the owners promised, they said, 'we don't know nothing about that.' The owners love to brag about all the important people's homes they've done suggesting its just a waste of time to complain. We hope all businesses in McKinney aren't this dishonest. Just avoid them completely.
