I call in the morning and they were on time the same day, they came in and gave a demonstration prior to during the work to see if I would be satisfied. they charge by square feet cleaned (if you have a chair you dont want moved you dont get charged the square feet it takes up). They move the furniture within reason for you. Execelent service and the floor was dry before they left. Highly recommended!!!!
