We had a small job, just stairs and area rugs. We selected them for two reasons: the quick drying time and the “green” method used – we wanted minimal impact on our dogs and our grandchild. The Polo Crew (Miguel and Vance) arrived on time and finished on time. They were both very professional and very friendly. (They got along fine with our two dogs.) The carpet looks very good now and all of the stains came out. We were very satisfied with the job and will use them again. The cost is somewhat higher than traditional methods but was justified given our requirements.
