the owner, Amir he claimed, who took my order, cant fill a take out order correctly. I called back to have it rectified he denied making the mistake. Then immediately recanted and said he misunderstood it . But it wasn't his fault. Umm .. if u just admitted that u misunderstood ... last time i checked it is ur fault.
Having the flu and coughing all over the place i didnt want to return right away. I didnt ask for a refund just an adjustment for the next time. His reply... if u cant come now there is nothing i can do .
Im sorry but as a business owner one should be able to take 25 pieces of something divide by 1/2, 1/4, 1/4. it was apparent to me he was avoiding taking responsibility for the mistake.
he would rather i come in his restaurant with a contagious virus and contaminate people and possibly the food rather than make an adjustment for return business. By the way we have been going here for years and it has always been great until this new owner took over.
I will NEVER return EVER!
Pros: wings arent bad .... not as good as previous owners
Cons: Incorrect order ... RUDE & BELLIGERENT new owner
