Critical to success was the daily monitoring of my food journal and the 6-day per week program, which alternated among weight lifting, cardio, Yoga and Pilates. The owners run a really tight ship and you can literally eat off the floors of this well maintained studio. Very client-oriented and attentive to your needs.\r
