The late policy is tough but he doesn't keep you waiting either, I appreciate that. I guess people are always ready to complain but keep their praise to themselves. One reviewer even castigated him for being short!! I finally feel that I am making progress after two other doctors gave up on me, he really knows his stuff. Although a good bedside manner is not important to me (I just want a doctor who knows his stuff) He has always struck me as competent and concerned.
