I went to this store to buy bed and mattress. I placed the order and paid the price.
The bed and the mattress arrived at my apt. The bed was wooden bed and had some holes and scratch marks on it.
Also, after the delivery guys setup the bed, the alignment was not good, it was inclined near the foot rest.
I immediately called the store and talked to the owner lady, Mrs. Randel (or something). She asked me that she would replace the bed for me when she gets a new one. But its now over 6 months and I have'nt heard anything from them. I called many times in between but always got the answer that the item is out of stock.
Also she lied to me. She said that she will need to pay extra from delivery since the delivery guys are not their company. But if you look at the trucks and the trailers, they all have company logo and everything. They are owned by them.
She also threatened me by saying that she is going to take all the furniture away.
I would suggest going to IKEA or some brand store and pay just $50 - $100 extra and enjoy your furniture. And on top of that you can always return items if you don;t like them at big stores like IKEA.
