I heard from old timers around Vancouver that Brockman's father was an honest business man. I had him out last summer to fix a front load washing machine. He charged me $105.00 to clean out the rubber backing from a rug that I washed. I also complained about a noise when the drum was rotating, he told me that was normal. Now over one year later, Appliance Clinic pulled the belt (which I suspected from the beginning) and compared it to a new belt. The old belt had stretched 2-3 inches. West Appliance also told me the noise was normal.\r

The belt is replaced - No More Noise! Brockman could have shown me where to clean out the rubber backing from the rug and I could have done it myself!\r
