I just called up asking nicely for a price range of a sari - the guy or a woman with a low voice, proceeds to tell me rudely that he CAN'T tell me the price of a sari over the phone, and that he's BUSY. He then utters some words and hangs up! WOW.. NOT ONCE has anyone been that rude to me over the phone......
Mr shopkeeper, if you're reading this, You need to LEARN some manners!!! That's not what i call customer service.
If only i could give a ZERO star rating.
