My family came in for lunch, waitress took our order. About 10 minutes later she came by to tell us our lunch would be ready in 5 minutes. After 30 minutes, we started to notice that the customers that had come in after us were being served first. My husband (diabetic) needed to eat, I waived her down and ask for some bread and what the problem was. ""The kitchen is running behind. Well after 35 minutes of waiting my family received their meal. I took 1 bite of my hamburger and it was raw inside, it was supposed to be medium well. At this point I was so frustrated I called her over and told her I was not going to pay for my lunch because it was raw and I found dark hair in my fries. No manager ever came over to apologize or anything. I do NOT recommend.
