Do not use this company for anything! They ran our community into over $30,000 worth of debt over 15 months without telling the homeowners and now are coming to us to pay off the debt. Several homeowners have asked for financial records and have received different documents that don't match up. Jason told us he has been ""paying our bills"" on a personal Cabellas credit card, but refuses to show us the statement. They have hired companies that are way over charging us for their services. They have never gotten bids to find cheaper services. They have not sent out any financial records. They have not tried to have an HOA meeting. They have not done the things they promise to do on their website. They really do not care about their clients and everything they do with our money is fishy!
