Who uses processed chicken strips to make Chicken Scampi? This is OUTRAGEOUS, especially since you advertise yourself as a fine Italian restaurant and charge VERY high prices. I see, from reading the other reviews, that I am not the only one complaining about this. You apparently use it for Chicken Vodka and other chicken dishes as well. SHAME ON YOU!!!! For $12.99 I can buy my own can of processed chicken and make it for about $2.00 (or at least that is what your entree was worth. Oh....perhaps a bit more when I include the pound of butter you used)!!
