I didn't even make it to see the dentist. The b!+@#es at the front desk were rude to me. When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked the lady what all did I need to bring to the appointment and she said the insurance card. They called to verify the appointment the day before I was scheduled to go in and I asked the same question and was told the same thing. And then once I got there, because the insurance is in my husband's name, now I need to provide a social security number and date of birth for him. I had the DOB but I didn't have the SS#. And because of that, they straight ignored me. They didn't offer me the option to reschedule and bring it back or nothing. They just went back to doing what they were doing before I left. I called back and cussed them out. I also scheduled an appointment with another dentist office that were more PROFESSIONAL and THOROUGH with what is required of the patient to bring.....
Pros: Close to where I work
Cons: Need friendlier & more knowledgable office staff
