I called looking for a quote on helium tank rental for an event and didn't know the exact amount of balloons. Since I didn't know the exact number of balloons I asked for the average size tank and number of balloons it fills. I was given a quote but was told that they would NOT rent the tank to me. Then he hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again.
