I would definately not use this shuttle service! I canceled my reservation days prior to the agreed date and was never reimbursed my $130.00. I then spent the next two months following up closely with Dave, the owner of this company, and my credit card company. I was continually reassured, by Dave, that the fee would be refunded and that it may just take some time to clear. However, after two months without reimbursment and weeks w/out hearing back from the company (perhaps they were hoping I would just leave them alone), I called again. Unfortunately, this time I was treated very poorly and told that they were extremely busy and could not possibly respond back to everyone immediately. I feel I was very understanding having to wait over 2 months for reimbursement in the first place, everyone makes mistakes. However, the conversation ended with a response by Dave that ""there is nothing more I can do for you... and it is not my responsibility to refund your money."" His argument being a third party, paypal, was responsible for the reimbursement. This is horrible customer service and a company I would strongly advise against doing any type of business with! I am now having to dispute this charge through my credit card company.
