This company is despicable. They withheld our security deposit for 90 days, made bogus claims about the apartment. We were kind, courteous, and sent them five separate letters. Not once did they respond more than a phone call saying ""yeah, we're just not going to give you the full security deposit. No reasoning, no nothing.
NEVER RENT FROM THEM. NEVER NEVER NEVER.

Cons: Unprofessional and slimy group
