My mother intended to send me flowers for my wedding anniversary. Surroundings called the day before the delivery to schedule a time, since I do not have a doorman in my building. They asked that I block a 3 hour window for delivery (who are they, Time Warner Cable?). I obliged. Unfortuantely after waiting around all Saturday afternoon, Surroundings DID NOT SHOW UP AT ALL!!! I called immediately after my 3 hour window expired to speak with customer service but they close at 3pm on Saturday so no one was around. Unbelievable. Would give zero stars if possible.
