They lied to us and used every trick in the book to convince my disabled mother and I to get the $10,000 pool. Then they called and said we were approved for the $15,000 pool and we were stuck with it or pay a 50% restock fee and 25% cancelation fee. They gave us fake discounts for being a ""showcase home"", for signing up NOW, for paying so much down, and they spent FOUR HOURS convincing us to BUY. Everytime we said no we cannot afford it, they salesman called the head office again and gave us ANOTHER fake discount to get us to buy. The salesman would NOT leave and take NO for an answer. Do NOT even call these people and tell them where you live!!!! You want the $399 pool and you end up with the $15,000 pool and then they threaten to take your home if you cannot pay!
