This ""management"" company is horrible. Earlier this year, I changed names on the account (I had renters in my house) to my name, so I sent in a deposit fee for changing this. Two months later, I find out they didn't change the account to under my name, and I haven't received any bills. So, I had to send another check, even though the first deposit was cashed by this company. After another 2 months of not receiving a new bill, I get a notice on my door about getting my water shut off, so I rush to pay my bill, which I did. Today, I got my water turned off after not receiving any bills for the past few months. These idiots sent bills to me, but apparently used an incorrect last name, so the post office didn't deliver the bills to me. So, for this year, I've had to pay two deposit fees, several late fees, and my water turned off because they cannot put in my correct information. (Yes, I should have contacted them sooner, but whatever). How can we get a new management company that allows you to pay online, and has friendly service.
