On March 28 my husband and I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu. We were happy with the sale except the vehicle had only one key fob. This is used to unlock the doors, truck, set alarm, etc... Knowing that two of us would be sharing the car we informed Shane Turner (our salesman) that we would require two key fobs. He assured me he would just find us one and there was no reason to put it in writing. He claimed that vehicles came in all the time and he could program one and it would be cheaper for him and free for us.
Pros: Financing was easy
Cons: Sales man lied.
