Really nice, honest people. The technician came out a little late for appointment time but quoted me the same price I was given over the phone( rarely happens). He worked really hard--My carpet looked looked better than it did when I moved in. I was so pleased. He pointed out a stain that looked as if it might resurface after it dried( I would have never noticed it) He told me if it did--call him on his cell and he would personally come out and go over it again. I was so pleased with his honesty--not trying to make me give him more money to get it out. It did resurface---he came back/FOR FREE!!! Great guy
