I purchased a new air conditioner/furnace and duct work from Pacific Aire over a year ago. I have had poor air quality resulting in dirt throughout my home for over a year. Pacific Aire was unable to diagnose or correct the problem.
They were unwilling to honor their money back guarantee published on their website as it was scratched out on my contract, advising this was not a profitable job due to the many complaints and service calls.
I recently discovered they did not properly install the duct work to the system and covered the sub standard work with duct tape.
Pros: none
Cons: poor air quality, not willing to stand by their guarantee
