Don't go with numbers with 63% good review or something like that.
Mgmt staff don't have any work. Keep adding the positive reviews such that they can just fool you.
Mgmt staff is very bad and crucude in nature. There is a staff called Bonnie who calls her self Director. She feels she is a director of big company and very rude in her behaviour. I agree with previous post, you don't even have this type of rude conversation with your maganger who pays $$$$$$.
I am still living here and eager to get out from this community.
Lots of disturbances
1) flight path is right on this apartment. Every 2 min or so you would hear loud noise.
2) don't even open your window.. you and your kid cannot take nap. Until 6-7PM you would hear big noise as your would be next to part
If you still want to rent here... go head and you will end up with knocking your head to the wall.
Pros: Nice location. Near to cisco and Light rail
Cons: flight path, noise, rude staff
