We moved there in 1997. The residents were largely hard-working folks who cared about their neighborhood. In 2000, there seemed to be an influx of not-so-great folks whom didn't seem to care about its upkeep. The staff are very nice and try hard to maintain a warm and well-maintained community. I hope it's seen a turnaround in recent years.
