I am in absolute disbelief in the poor customer service I received from Ryan Rohrman. Not only was he unprofessional, he was beyond rude. I purchased a used car from the dealership less than a year ago. The salesman answered all my questions assuring me that the car was in good condition. This turned out to be untrue. There were features on the car that were said to be readily working. Only to find out that they were not working at all. I went in to talk to Ryan Rohrman to explain the issues.I sat down and told him the situation. His responses require me to say that, as a customer, I have never in my life been treated so poorly.
With phrases such as, "hey..you bought a used car" or "I could have sold you a car with bald tires and I still wouldn't do anything for you" and the conclusion. "I am not doing anything for you, go talk to someone else".
