I purchased 3 pairs of glasses from America's Best. They offered a package that was a pretty good price based on the checking that I had done at other places. The person who helped me with placing the order was very nice. She told me it would take 7 - 10 business days to get the glasses, but usually it took less time. She also told me she would follow up on Monday with the doctor so I could order contacts. I never heard anything further from her.After 8 business days i called the store and asked about my glasses. I was told one pair had arrived, one pair was on it's way and the other pair was just completed yesterday and had not been shipped. I explained that I was only able to come in on a Saturday and asked if all 3 would be there by then and was told quite curtly that she did not know. I was welcome to call back tomorrow and check if they were in. When I asked which pair was in she said she had no way to know that. In other words, don't bother me, I don't care.
