I have been shopping at Sandy's for at least 10 years. On my first visit Sandy LOANED me her own personal copy of a pet book. We had never met she had only faith that I would ever return her book!!! I shop every other month for my 5 cats and buy many cases at a time. They always carry my purchases to my car. As others have stated I've found them knowledgable and extremely helpful. Can't find what you want just ask. If they don't have they can usually get it.
