I decided to use The Home Theater Store because I was impressed with the way things went during my initial meeting with Jamie and Bill.
They did an entire home theater in my basement as well as the lighting, speakers, and all of the audio and video equipment. They also connected the work to the rest of our house with media and lights upstairs.
The basement project took about a year. The guys at The Home Theater Store did a very good job meeting and working with my general contractor. It was a tough situation because they had to work with each other's schedules.
I also liked the fact that The Home Theater Store guys were readily accessible. You can call, email or text them and they get back to you very quickly.
There were some inevitable minor issues along the way that The Home Theater Store worked through with us. If something was their mistake, they took care of it and ate the extra cost. I know that they have since hired another person to help with organization.
Overall, we had a good experience with them and, so far, everything has worked out well with our system. I have already recommended The Home Theater Store to a few folks.
