I contacted makai about cleaning my home. First time I called, a man answered, I went over in detail what I needed done and he said rates would be $20 per hour but if i needed a steaming machine for tile floors, additional $50. \r
The day after, Jacqueline answered and told me NO machines available but she would have lady come clean my home. When i told her i needed floors scrubbed and not just with a swiffer, she got hesitant and told me ok, no problem. SHe called me 3 times after to make sure I would not stiff her on the total price at the end of service just in case the lady didnt do a good job. \r
MOST CLEANING COMPANIES GUARANTEE THEIR WORK!!\r
Anyway, I get a call the day before appt, and Jacqueline cancelled saying the lady had a dentist appt and for me to find another company! She didnt reschedule, she totally said forget it! All because I told her that the lady would have to SCRUB the floor with a mop! Imagine!\r
I can use a swiffer on my own, i hire maids to THOROUGHLY clean my home!!
